Introduce 5 Customers
After subscribing to Prime, a member becomes eligible for company income benefits when at least 5 customers subscribe to the BasisPe app using the member's referral link or mobile number.
Withdrawal Eligibility
The initial wallet cashback cannot be withdrawn immediately. Withdrawal becomes available only after the stated eligibility condition is completed and the member is eligible under the program terms.
Share of Company Income
BasisPe plans to distribute 30% of its eligible company income on a daily basis among customers who meet the Prime eligibility requirements.
Program Changes
BasisPe may close or modify the referral program according to applicable terms. Any withdrawal remains subject to eligibility and the applicable program rules.

Can every customer become a vendor?
Yes. A customer can choose to register as a vendor/shopkeeper, select applicable categories and add one or more shops.
Can one vendor have multiple shops?
Yes. One vendor account can manage multiple shops in different locations. Each shop can have its own products and subscription status.
What happens when a shop subscription expires?
Only that shop's product listing is automatically disabled. Other shops belonging to the same vendor remain active if their subscriptions are valid.
How does the Prime wallet cashback work?
After successful Prime subscription, ₹2,800 is planned to be credited to the member's BasisPe wallet. The initial wallet amount is not immediately withdrawable and is subject to the program's eligibility rules.
What is required for Prime withdrawal eligibility?
A Prime member becomes eligible for company income benefits when at least 5 customers subscribe to the BasisPe app using the member's referral link or mobile number. Those 5 customers do not necessarily need to purchase the ₹2,358.82 Prime subscription. Final eligibility is subject to BasisPe's applicable terms.
Are Prime income benefits guaranteed?
No. The company-income distribution described here is a planned customer benefit and is subject to applicable laws, eligibility criteria, qualifying income, and the final BasisPe program terms. It is not a guaranteed income.
