VENDOR REFUND POLICY

Effective :- August 2026

This Vendor Refund Policy dictates the terms governing order cancellations, item returns, product defects, and financial reversals active between the Platform and the registered Vendor.

 1. Subscription & Inventory Fee Reversals

1.1 All subscription transactions, including 30, 90, 180, and 365-day plans, along with supplementary ₹18/- individual item listing fees, are Strictly Non-Refundable.

1.2 Duplicate Payment Correction: If a proven banking network lag causes an identical double-deduction for a single subscription invoice, the Company will audit the system log and reverse the duplicate collection to the Vendor's original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Mandatory Customer Return Windows & Vendor Liability
To preserve platform trust and adhere to commercial laws, the Vendor must accept the following customer return rules:

2.1 Perishable Products (e.g., Dairy, Fresh Meat, Fruits, Vegetables, Hot Food):
These products are not eligible for standard post-delivery returns.

2.2 However, if the consumer identifies that the item is stale, damaged, or expired at the exact time of delivery, they hold the right to reject the package on-the-spot. In such instances, the Vendor must either supply a fresh replacement immediately or bear the cost of a full financial refund to the consumer.

* Non-Perishable Products (e.g., Packed Grocery, Stationery, Apparel, Electronics):
* Customers hold the right to raise a return or replacement ticket within 24 to 48 hours of delivery if they receive an incorrect item, a broken product, or an expired batch.

2.3 Financial Deduction for Faulty Orders: If an internal review proves that a return or order cancellation was caused by a Vendor error (such as packing an expired pack, shipping an incorrect item, or faulty scaling), the entire financial refund value will be debited from the Vendor’s current or upcoming payout balance.

 3. Marketplace Chargeback Safeguards

3.1 If a customer files an official chargeback dispute with a credit card company or banking institution due to fake products, missing items, or merchant fraud, the Vendor must supply valid proof of accurate packing and invoicing within 48 hours

3.2 If the merchant fails to provide valid proof, the financial chargeback penalty imposed by the gateway infrastructure will be passed directly to the Vendor.
